What is EU AI Compass?

EU AI Compass is a mobile application that helps Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) navigate the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation 2024/1689). It provides educational content including compliance timelines, a prohibited practices checklist, and AI literacy modules.

Do I need to create an account?

No. EU AI Compass uses a zero-login architecture. No email, no password, no user account required. Open the app and start using it immediately.

Does the app collect my personal data?

No. The app does not collect, process, transmit, or store any personal data. All assessment inputs (if applicable in future versions) are stored exclusively on your device and never leave it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is this legal advice?

No. EU AI Compass provides educational information regarding the EU AI Act. It does not constitute legal advice and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Organisations must consult qualified legal counsel before making binding compliance decisions.

The app content is not loading. What do I do?

Educational content is delivered via the internet on first launch. Ensure you have an active Wi-Fi or cellular connection, then reopen the app. Once content has loaded, it is cached on your device for offline use. How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

If you purchased premium features, open the app on your new device and use the “Restore Purchases” option. This reads your App Store or Google Play purchase history and restores access without requiring an account.

Which platforms are supported?

EU AI Compass will be available on iOS (iPhone) and Android. The initial beta is distributed via Apple TestFlight (iOS) and direct APK (Android).
